Description

The State of Lower Saxony intends to replace House 1 for the Food and Veterinary Institute. The new building will be built on the plot of land 1027/15, corridor 12, district Altewiek in Braunschweig. The current house 1 will be fully used until the completion of the new building and will only be demolished after the employees have moved into the new building. In the new building, laboratory, measuring, special, social and office rooms are provided. The laboratories correspond to category S 1. According to the space program and the task, the following are to be planned:- plant group 1 waste water, water and gas plants,- plant group 2 heat supply plants,- plant group 7 use-specific and process engineering plants (without laboratory equipment). In addition, the overall LV technical insulation for plant groups 1, 2, 3 and 7 is to be provided. The necessary information for the plant group 3. LTA shall be provided by the separately commissioned office. The tender evaluation for this part and the site supervision are also carried out by the planning office LTA. For the dismantling in the existing building house 1, the documents for the plant groups 1, 2, 3 and 7 and 8 have to be prepared. Dismantling and demolition will only take place when the new building is fully functional.
