Description

This contract is 1 framework agreement which will be concluded with 1 single economic operator in accordance with the provisions of Article 43 of the Law of 17.6.2016.

The purpose of this contract is to carry out mechanical and stability measurements of masts and candelabras for public lighting, signalling supports or beacons. The materials of the mats/supports are steel, aluminium, concrete, or other. Passive safety lighting poles (NBN EN 12767) are also covered by this contract. Prior to the measurements, all media are visually inspected and the results of these inspections are presented in the measurement report. Each purchase order letter determines the services to be performed under the terms of this contract. Each service order will contain at least the control of 20 masts greater than or equal to 15 m high or 40 masts less than 15 m high. The location as well as the bill of material of the elements to be checked are included in each service order.
