Description
The mission concerns the evaluation of the safety level of the overall urban guided public transport system, of all subsystems (except the field "Rolling Stock") and of the treatment of interfaces between subsystems. The areas of competence required to carry out the tasks of this contract are as follows:
- infrastructure,
- command control and railway signalling,
- energy.
The market consists of a firm and an optional tranche. Throughout its mission, the OQA will keep 3 Open Points Logs (OQA) up to date - 1 JPO "Civil Engineering", 1 JPO "System - Overall Coherence", 1 JPO "Overall Equipment", 1 JPO "Civil Engineering" - which will summarize its opinions and comments, the answers provided by the contracting authority, as well as its final opinion. In addition, the AQO will provide an evaluation report at the end of the general design and 1 at the end of the detailed design/implementation phase.
