Description

the purpose of this contract is: - to carry out unit tests or groups of tests in order to verify the compliance of smart cards or plastic cards with the specifications of GIE Sesam-Vitale, - an annual standards monitoring service in the form of order forms, - one-off assistance services to control deviations in results or assistance in creating/modifying a test sheet, in the form of work units
the contract is broken down into two lots covering identical services, awarded to two different contractors: - performance of unit tests or groups of tests and drafting of the associated test reports, - a standards monitoring service in the form of order forms, - assistance, in the form of work units, withthe control of results discrepancies: this may involve, when two laboratories find different results, the expertise of results discrepancies or the definition of an inter-laboratory campaign, the creation/modification of a test sheet in connection with a development or a new need.the contract is awarded in the form of a procedure with negotiation within the meaning of Articles L2124-1, L2124-3, R2124-3, R2142-17 and R2161-12 to R2161-20 of the French Public Order Code the contract is broken down into two batches covering identical services awarded to two different contractors - assistance, in the form of work units: to control differences in results: this may involve, when two laboratories find different results, the assessment of differences in results or the definition of an inter-laboratory campaign, the creation/modification of a test sheet in connection with a development or a new need. The contract is awarded in the form of a procedure with negotiation within the meaning of Articles L2124-1, L2124-3, R2124-3, R2142-17 and R2161-12 to R2161-20 of the Public Order Code.
