The contract covers "Technical assistance and the upkeep and/or maintenance of CHAL's installations."Place(s) of performance:- the Centre hospitalier Alpes Léman (CHAL): 558 route de Findrol - 74130 Contamine-sur-Arve;- Ehpad Les Edelweiss: 8 rue Ravier, 74 100 Ambilly;- Ehpad Peterschmitt: 52 rue Crève-Cœur, 74 130 Bonneville;- Ehpad Les Corbattes: 110 Rue du Battoir, 74 460 Marnaz;- Centre de Consultation Avancées: 17 bis Rue du jura, 74 100 Ambilly;- IFSI (Institut de formation en soins infirmiers): 11 rue de la Fraternité, 74 100 Ambilly.
The purpose of the present contract is the maintenance of the Industrial Air Units and their tanks, valves, filtration and networks of the CHAL - hospital of Contamine located at 558 route de Findrol 74130 Contamine-sur-Arve. Information concerning the number, nature and brand of these installations can be found in the appendices. In general, the holder undertakes to carry out all the services necessary for the normal and permanent operation of these installations, under the regulatory safety conditions.The service provider undertakes to carry out one maintenance visit per year, and all repairs except for spare parts. The holder of this lot must have become aware of the particular difficulties in carrying out his services by carrying out an on-site visit to the installations concerned. No added value will be accepted for unforeseeable difficulties on the effective date of this maintenance contract. All maintenance services must comply with the decrees and orders mentioned in Article 1. The purpose of this contract is the maintenance of HVDC installations, in particular:- the boiler rooms of the Ehpad of Bonneville and Ambilly, the IFSI of Ambilly and the Advanced Consulting Centre of Ambilly;- the maintenance of the BA backflow preventers with controllable reduced pressure zone of the CHAL;- the chilled water production units of the Ehpad of Bonneville;- the AHUs and VMCs of the Ehpad of Marnaz, Bonneville and Ambilly;- the Aeraulics networks of the Ehpad of Marnaz, Bonneville and Ambilly;- the kitchen ventilation and extraction networks of the Bonneville and Marnaz HPPADs and the Contamine-sur-Arve CHAL site;- the CF valves and smoke extraction towers of the Bonneville, Marnaz and Ambilly HPPADs;- the fixed individual air conditioning units of the Marnaz, Bonneville, Ambilly and IFSI HPPADs;- the mobile portable air conditioning units (a list of portable air conditioning units will be provided).The facilities are located at:- Ehpad Les Edelweiss: 8 rue Ravier, 74 100 Ambilly;- Ehpad Peterschmitt: 52 rue Crève Coeur, 74 130 Bonneville;- Ehpad Les Corbattes: 110 rue du Battoir, 74 460 Marnaz;- Advanced Consultation Centre: 17 bis rue du Jura, 74100 Ambilly;- IFSI (Nursing Training Institute): 11 rue de la Fraternité, 74 100 Ambilly;- Chal: 558 route de Findrol, 74130 Contamine-sur-Arve. The purpose of this contract is to maintain the water treatment facilities of the Centre hospitalier Alpes-Léman.The sites concerned are as follows:- Ehpad Les Edelweiss: 8 rue Ravier, 74 100 Ambilly;- Ehpad Peterschmitt: 52 rue Crève Coeur, 74 130 Bonneville;- Ehpad Les Corbattes: 110 rue du Battoir, 74 460 Marnaz;- Advanced Consultation Centre: 17 bis rue du Jura, 74 100 Ambilly;- IFSI (Nursing Training Institute): 11 rue de la Fraternité, 74 100 Ambilly.For each appliance, the company holding the contract shall carry out the following checks:- checks on the softener:-- chemical analysis of the water;-- analysis of the hardness of the softener outlet;-- analysis of the hardness of the raw water;-- check of the mechanical operation;-- annual disinfection of the resins;-- emptying, cleaning and disinfection of the salt tank;- checks on the dosing unit:-- mechanical operation of the pump and meter;- checking of the injection and tightness of the dosing parts;- written report of the analyses carried out during each visit:- TH PH Conductivity - and all physico-chemical analyses. The purpose of this contract is the maintenance of the inverters of the EHPADs of the Centre Hospitalier Alpes Léman, IFSI and the Centre de consultations Avancées d'ambilly.The locations concerned are as follows:- Ehpad Les Edelweiss: 8 rue Ravier, 74 100 Ambilly;- Ehpad Peterschmitt: 52 rue Crève Coeur, 74 130 Bonneville;- Ehpad Les Corbattes: 110 rue du Battoir, 74 460 Marnaz;- Centre de consultations avancées: 17 bis rue du Jura, 74 100 Ambilly;- IFSI (Institut de formation en soins infirmiers): 11 rue de la Fraternité, 74 100 Ambilly.The holder of the present lot must be aware of the particular difficulties in carrying out the maintenance and repair services due, in particular the handling of a very diversified fleet of equipment.The maintenance services due by the holder of the present batch include, in accordance with the provisions set out below, all visits and maintenance operations intended to maintain the equipment of the installations of the CHAL sites in good operating and safety conditions, as well as various renovation and compliance work. Each visit includes the total verification of the performance and correct operation of the installation, the adjustment of the electronic cards, the repair of all minor breakdowns such as faulty connections and the checking of all safety beams inside the equipment. The purpose of this contract is the maintenance and cleaning of the sewerage networks of the CHAL (Centre hospitalier Alpes-Léman).The establishments concerned and their location are as follows:- Contamine hospital: 558 route de Findrol, 74 130 Contamine-sur-Arve;- Ehpad Les Edelweiss: 8 rue Ravier, 74 100 Ambilly;- Ehpad Peterschmitt: 52 rue Crève-Cœur, 74 130 Bonneville;- Ehpad Les Corbattes: 110 rue du Battoir, 74 460 Marnaz;- Centre de consultation avancées: 17 bis rue du Jura, 74 100 Ambilly;- IFSI (Institut de formation en soins infirmiers): 11 rue de la Fraternité, 74 100 Ambilly.During his interventions, the provider will provide the following services:- for cleaning the networks:- removing and restoring manhole covers;- high-pressure cleaning of the networks and manholes concerned;- rinsing of the manholes and pipes;- removal of all waste if necessary;- cleaning of the surroundings;- to clean and empty grease pits:-- pumping of the pits and evacuation of the effluents in the sewage treatment plant;- cleaning of the pits and after-cleaning of their surroundings;- checks of the upstream and downstream pipes;- restoring the pits to their operating levels;- for the monthly maintenance of a lifting station (EU and EP):-- checking the correct operation of the automatic pumping systems;- cleaning the pits, cleaning the floats and pumps;- cleaning and disinfecting the platforms;- for the quarterly maintenance of a pumping station (EU and EP):- checking the pumps in operation, oil level, guides, floats, screen.Troubleshooting:This includes all routine troubleshooting not requiring the replacement of parts, apart from normal wear parts and consumables, of the installations covered by the contract.
