Description

The government of Saint Lucia is implementing the Human Capital Resilience Project, and is using apply part of the funding for the consultancy services.

You should be able to implement demand driven and labour market relevant TVET courses and programmes using:
- the Labour Market Needs Assessment Survey (LMNAS) and other relevant surveys available
- Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) policy and strategy approved by the Cabinet of Ministers

It also seeks to:
- implement the TVET policy and strategy
- enable institutional strengthening of the Council

This would be done by developing a TVET resource mobilisation strategy that will ensure sustainable financing after the project closes.
