Delivery, assembly and start-up of equipment intended for the catering workshop of the Gen. Dezydere Chłapowski School Complex in Bolechów, school in Murowana Goślina, Szkolna 1 Street, divided into 4 parts as follows: - part no. 1 - kitchen equipment, - part no. 2 - dinner service, cutlery and other kitchen equipment, - part no. 3 - laptops, - part no. 4 - dietary software.2This task fully covers the purchase of equipment for the educational institution, which should be taken into account by the Contractor when valuing the elements which are the subject of this contract.3 The contract shall be executed as part of the project: "Horeca Logistic - improving the quality of vocational education at the Gen. D. School Complex. Chłapowski School Complex in Bolechów", co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund.
Delivery, assembly and start-up of equipment intended for the catering workshop of the Gen. Dezydere Chłapowski School Complex in Bolechów, school in Murowana Goślina, at 1 Szkolna Street, part no. 1 - kitchen equipment.2The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor:1) to offer the manufacturer's warranty for the supplied equipment and devices, with the exception of item 2 below;2) to provide at least 24 months warranty for the offered part no. 1:- coffee maker (item no. 11 from the description of the subject matter of the contract),- whipped cream machine (item no. 13 from the description of the subject matter of the contract).3 The Contracting Authority:1) requires a deposit to be paid in the amount - part no. 1 - PLN 700.00;2) provides for the possibility of applying the so-called reverse procedure referred to in art. 24aa of the Act. Dezydere Chłapowski School Complex in Bolechów, the school in Murowana Goślina, at 1 Szkolna Street, part no. 2 - lunch service, cutlery and other kitchen equipment.2The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor:1) to offer the manufacturer's warranty for the supplied appliances and equipment, with the exception of item 2 below;2) to provide at least 24 months warranty for the offered in part no. 2 - soup heater (item no. 21 from the description of the subject of the contract).3 The Contracting Authority:1) requires a deposit in the amount - part no. 2 - 200,00 PLN;2) provides for the possibility of applying the so-called reverse procedure referred to in art. 24aa of the Act. Delivery, assembly and start-up of equipment intended for the Catering Laboratory of the Gen. Dezydere Chłapowski School Complex in Bolechów, school in Murowana Goślina, at 1 Szkolna Street, part no. 3 - laptops.2The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide at least 24 months guarantee for laptops (the whole assortment).3 The Ordering Party:1) requires a deposit in the amount of - part no. 3 - 90,00 PLN;2) provides for the possibility of applying the so-called reverse procedure referred to in art. 24aa of the Act. Delivery, assembly and start-up of equipment intended for the Catering Laboratory of the Gen. Dezydere Chłapowski School Complex in Bolechów, school in Murowana Goślina, at 1 Szkolna Street, part no. 4 - diet software.2The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide at least 24 months guarantee for the dietetic software (the whole assortment).3. The Contracting Authority1) requires a deposit in the amount - part no. 4 - 290,00 PLN;2) provides for the possibility of applying the so-called reverse procedure referred to in art. 24aa of the Act.
