Description
The LGMA is inviting proposals from suitably qualified organisations with the necessary skills and expertise to: Provide integrated communications solutions to achieve campaign objectives; Plan and manage integrated communications campaigns including the use of digital, advertising and other marketing channels; Provide strategic planning, evidence-based and creative recommendations to support the LGMA's objectives; Support LGMA's one-off or integrated campaigns; Design, develop, copy write and produce concepts, content and materials across all channels; Pre-test concepts and proposed communications solutions where required; Review campaign solutions and concepts from national and international sources; Input into evaluation models to assess the effectiveness of proposed and completed campaigns; Liaise or report as required with the Client's internal divisions, external stakeholders, any partner organisations or 3rd party service providers; Provide a detailed budget breakdown for all elements and individual costs associated with any creative asset requirements in accordance with the LGMA approval to proceed process, prior to commencement of design or production work; Provide expertise in behaviour change communications and modelling; Provide stakeholder strategy and evaluation strategy advisory services; Plan with relevant campaign stakeholders to ensure LGMA's approved strategy and objectives are consistently integrated through all creative products/outputs/templates; Provide LGMA with periodical, timely, accurate reporting of work in progress and budgeting for all creative projects; Provide oversight of campaigns as they progress and suggest necessary modifications to ensure delivery of maximum efficacy; Provide a detailed evaluation report of the effectiveness of the creative services and Agency input to any campaign following its completion to include learning and recommendations for any future activity.
