SA Description of Work :
The InfoBank/EDRMS Engineering team has a requirement for one (1) Technical Architect – Level 3 with expertise in architecting, engineering, customizing, configuring, implementing and supporting an enterprise wide, globally distributed OpenText DM/RM solution.
On-going upgrade projects, and operational support and initiatives are in scope with this procurement. This resource will fill 3rd level Mission Critical Operational Support delivering Information Management (IM) programs and services optimally.
Resource must have expertise in conducting architecture, design and engineering activities while maintaining and supporting product upgrades with OpenText, eDOCS DM/RM infrastructures and database technologies in a globally distributed environment. Knowledge and experience with Windows 2003/2008/2012 servers, Windows 7,8,10 desktops, Backup, storage solutions that integrate with DM/RM solutions.
With the current legacy architecture, the aim is to have legacy IM applications meet service delvery requirements and ensure industry standards do not fall out of support.
The work is currently being performed by CORADIX Technology Consulting Ltd under contract from December 20, 2018 to November 1, 2019 (value $206,050.00).
