DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued for Statistics Canada to require the IT professional services of Data Analytics as a Service (DAaaS) program. QUALIFICATION All TBIPS SA Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 1 under the EN578-170432 series of SAs can compete. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS Contractor: secret Personnel: reliability status or secret as required LOCATION OF WORK AND TRAVEL The work shall be conducted virtually through a secured and approved teleworking arrangement, where the Contractor’s personnel performing the work remotely, must remain physically in Canada. Contractor personnel will not be required to travel to perform the work. If parts of work are required on site, they must be escorted. Statistics Canada head office is located at 150 Tunney’s Pasture Driveway, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0T6. DURATION OF STANDING OFFER There are two Service Streams for this RFP. For each Service Stream, it is intended to result in one (1) contract with the period from contract award to March 31, 2023. No option year will be exercised.
