Description of the Requirement:
The intent is to award one (1) contract for the provision of Project Management professional services under Stream 3 of the Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) Supply Arrangement (SA) on an “as and when requested basis” to be used by Employment and Social Development Canada across its branches.

The contractor/offeror must, at all times during the performance of the contract/standing offer, hold a valid designated organization screening (DOS), issued by the CSP of the ISS, PSPC
The contractor/offeror personnel requiring access to protected information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must each hold a valid reliability status , granted or approved by the CSP/ISS/PSPC
The contractor/offeror must not remove any protected information or assets from the identified work site(s), and the contractor/offeror must ensure that its personnel are made aware of and comply with this restriction
Subcontracts which contain security requirements are not to be awarded without the prior written permission of the CSP/ISS/ PSPC
The contractor/offeror must comply with the provisions of the:
Security Requirements Check List and security guide (if applicable), attached at Annex C
Industrial Security Manual (Latest Edition)



Applicable Trade Agreements:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), Canada Korea Free Trade Agreement, (CKFTA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Free Trade Agreement (CETA), the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), the Canada – Chile Free Trade agreement, the Canada – Colombia Free Trade agreement, the Canada – Honduras Free Trade agreement, the Canada – Panama Free Trade agreement, the Canada – Peru Free Trade agreement and the Canada – Ukraine Free Trade agreement.
Proposed period of contract :
The proposed period of contract shall be for three (3) years plus two (2) one (1) year irrevocable options.

Contract Value: $750,000 excluding tax
