Description
Stadtwerke Ludwigsburg-Kornwestheim GmbH is planning to build a new energy center to supply heat and electricity to the large district heating network, with the possibility of connecting other surrounding areas in the future. The new network connection to be created will enable the integration of heat from renewable energies (biomethane). The planned location of the Waldäcker energy center is to the west of Ludwigsburg.According to the current status, a generator concept with biomethane combined heat and power units (CHP) and a natural gas combined heat and power unit for the generation of electricity and heat is planned for the Waldäcker 3 energy center, consisting of the following main plant components:- 1 x highly efficient combined heat and power unit with approx. 999 kW(electrical to cover the self-supply and the power supply of the heat pumps)- 2 x high-efficiency cogeneration by means of biomethane block-type thermal power stations, each with 4.5 MW electrical- 2 heat pumps with efficient integration for the waste heat utilization of:- third stage exhaust gas (exhaust gas outlet temperatures of approx. 40 °C)- room air utilization of the CHP plants- utilization of the second mixture cooling stage II (GK II) of the CHP plants- the total output of both heat pumps amounts to approx. 3,650 kW- 4 x heat accumulators with approx. 250 m³ content each- natural gas boiler to cover the supply in case of peak load or in case of failure of a large CHP plant with approx. 10 MW
Delivery and installation of 4 x 250 m³ heat accumulatorsDelivery and installation of 4 heat accumulators d = 4,140 mm, height approx. 20,300 mm, 16 bar, +10 - 110 °Cincluding:- Technical processing of the heat accumulators (wind load, fastenings, etc.),- Design according to AD 2000, documentation- Delivery and installation of the heat accumulators
