United States - Tank Cleaning System for FSC 3419

This agency proposes to issue a firm fixed price contract for two each of a Tank Cleaning System, FSC 3419. Request for Quote SPE4A820Q0010 will be a Small Business set aside. A complete technical data package, DLA-A-VIBB-19-25-1006, including all design, fabrication, supplies, labor, accessories, training, IUID and installation requirements is included as a part of the solicitation. FOB will be at Destination with inspection at Origin and acceptance at Destination.

The solicitation will be issued and evaluation performed utilizing FAR 13.5 under the guidance of the Permanent Authority for Use of Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

A copy of the solicitation will be available on or about for 11/13/19 via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dl/a.mil. Choose the DLA Request Proposals (RFP) / Invitation for Bid (IFB) option under Solicitations.
