Description

Petrojam is seeking a contractor to perform all works to clean the tank floor, abrasive blast the floor, roof externals and sections of the shell. The contractor is required to supply all necessary materials, engineering services, quality assurance, supervision, labour, transportation, tools and equipment.

Supply all supervision, manpower, tools, consumables and equipment required to remove Kero and sludge mixture from Tk-6 via pumping. Assume Kero/Sludge mixture is 12” in height. Kero is to be pumped into a designated storage tank at the refinery compound. The Kero/Sludge mixture is to be transported offsite.

Provide the following resources for post cleaning inspection for approximately 10 days:

  1. Tank Ventilation of at least 2 fans (manway mounted including supply of power).
  2. Lighting for full visibility at nights
  3. 2 labourers with hand tools to execute mechanical tool cleaning of tank shell internals.

Abrasive blast clean tank internals as per scope. Inclusive of floor and shell sections.
