The United States Agency of Global Media (USAGM) is seeking a comprehensive tag audit management system (TAMS) that audit tags across websites and appsĀ in search of compliance with custom defined standards, while proactively identifying broken / non-compliant tags to certify proper function. Further, the solution should provide a method (preferably automated) to verify an entire digital analytics path to ensure key metrics like video and audio plays are being collected and functioning properly. Implementation of the TAMS should increase efficiency, improve user experience, govern tag accuracy and simplify management of a robust global digital enterprise
