Description

1) The equipment specified in Appendix 1 to the ToR may not be manufactured earlier than 2017.2) The Awarding Entity requires the Economic Operator to provide full names of the offered equipment (manufacturer, type, model) together with its actual technical parameters in the tender in such a way that the Awarding Entity is able to determine whether the offered equipment meets the requirements specified in the specification.3) The Ordering Party requires that the equipment delivered under the contract shall be brand new (not exhibition) equipment.4) The Contractor shall be responsible for the delivered equipment (including insurance, technical condition) until the protocol acceptance of the entire order completed by the Ordering Party.5) After the delivery and verification of the equipment in terms of its compliance with the specification of essential terms of the contract, a protocol of acceptance shall be drawn up, whose date of completion shall mean the final acceptance of the task completion and the beginning of the warranty period. The minutes shall be drawn up in duplicate for each party, one copy for each party. The acceptance protocol is a confirmation of the completed delivery.6) The Customer requires that the equipment and equipment delivered under the contract have appropriate safety certificates and a CE declaration of conformity.7) The Contractor provides a 24-month warranty period.8) Place of delivery: Regional Complex of Education Support Centres in Opole, 27 Głogowska Street, 45-315 Opole, POLAND.
