Description

The city of Aschaffenburg is the provider of material expenses for all public schools in Aschaffenburg. Within the framework of the subsidy programme Digital Budget for the Digital Classroom - Stage 2 - the city of Aschaffenburg plans to award contracts for the supply, installation, commissioning, service and support of IT equipment based on the guidelines for the granting of subsidies from the subsidy programme of the Bavarian State Ministry of Education and Cultural Affairs - Digital Budget for the Digital Classroom - Announcement of the Bavarian State Ministry of Education and Cultural Affairs dated 26 June 2018, Ref. I.4-BO1371.0/44/35.
Delivery of functional tested document cameras with LAN and W-LAN interface as well as wireless connection to the output device via Miracast incl. 60 months warranty. Delivery of functional tested tablet systems (10.2 inch Multi-Touch System), consisting of pre-installed iPadOS operating system with the possibility of pen input and various tablet covers (primary and secondary level). These tablets must be able to be stored and recharged, including the respective case, in suitable charging and transport solutions that are offered for this purpose. the tablets must be DEP (Device Enrollment Program) capable. The requirement criteria in Appendix 1 must be fulfilled. Partial deliveries must be delivered to the service provider as soon as possible, including transport and loading solutions. Delivery times at the end of Lot 2:The bidder must be an authorized reseller of the manufacturer and must have a corresponding DEP ID of the manufacturer. The bidder must provide the devices registered in the administration environment of the city of Aschaffenburg (School-Manager) (Customer No.-ID 49118625). The bidder supports the city of Aschaffenburg in making the devices available in the administration environment. The service must include the receipt and temporary storage of the IT devices and the transport and loading solutions according to Lot 2, Lot 7 and Lot 8 at the Bidder's location in order to register these IT devices (with different operating systems) via the MDM solution Microsoft Intune according to the specifications of the School Administration and Sports Office of the City of Aschaffenburg, to pre-configure them with 30 pre-selected additional apps as agreed upon and to put them into operation. The iPads are to be delivered to the respective school in the transport and loading solutions as provided in the table. The service provider will receive a suitable account under Microsoft Intune and in the Apple Schoolmanager from the City of Aschaffenburg to set up the devices accordingly. The service provider has to use his existing internet connection for setup and precharge the batteries with his power supply. The tested IT devices that have been put into operation must be delivered to 22 school locations, including accessories, within the agreed deadlines in coordination with the School Administration and Sports Office of the City of Aschaffenburg and handed over to the respective school management and the IT system administrator* there. An acceptance protocol must be provided by the service provider for this purpose. The School Administration and Sports Office of the City of Aschaffenburg will sign the acceptance certificate after checking the Microsoft Intune interface and the set up devices per school The bidder will start the described service even after partial deliveries from lot 2, lot 7 and lot 8 have been made The distribution of the IT systems and the order of commissioning at the schools will be determined by the School Administration and Sports Office in coordination with the service provider. Delivery, installation and commissioning of functionally tested large-screen monitors (65-inch and 75-inch) and designated wall mounts in accordance with the VESA standard (as per quotation table) as well as 5 meters of HDMI 4K Ultra HD cable including brief on-site instruction. The large-screen monitors must include a 60-month on-site warranty and are installed partly behind existing movable chalkboard systems ("green" boards) with pylon mounts. Therefore, the specified dimensions must be adhered to. Delivery times at the end of lot 4. Delivery of functional tested projectors with laser technology with 5 years warranty on the light source and 36 months warranty on the projector including warranty and service processing. Delivery, installation, commissioning of functionally tested interactive multi-touch displays in 86 inch size with 3 840 x 2 160 pixels (4K Ultra HD) resolution. 60 months on-site warranty on the multitouch displays. 60-month replacement warranty on the complete system. Teacher training at each of the sites listed in the table Disassembly of existing movable chalkboard systems ("green" boards) with pylon mounts in 18 classrooms Delivery of fully functional tested student-detachable systems including pre-installed Windows 10 Professional 64 bit operating system and a wired mouse. Delivery of functional tested tablet systems (10.5" Multi-Touch Display with LED background lighting), WiFi model, consisting of pre-installed iPadOS operating system, an electronic pen and a keyboard cover. The requirement criteria in Appendix 3 must be fulfilled. Partial deliveries must be delivered to the service provider as early as possible. Delivery times at the end of lot 8.the bidder must be an authorised reseller of the manufacturer and must have a corresponding DEP ID of the manufacturer. The bidder must provide the devices registered in the administration environment of the city of Aschaffenburg (School-Manager) (Customer No.-ID 49118625). The bidder supports the city of Aschaffenburg in making the devices available in the administration environment.
