Canada - T2024-201 - Corporate Space Optimization Project - 150 Frederick Renovations - Phase 2b (Under PQ2022-22 and PQ2024-11)

Description

This work includes interior renovation of public washrooms on 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th floors, replace sanitary piping from 8th floor down to 1st floor, replace obsolete fire alarm system and devices, 2nd floor office spaces, install new universal washrooms on 2nd and 5th floors, install new all gender washrooms on floors 4 and 5, install new kitchenettes on floors 4 and 5, install new refuge spaces on 2nd and 4th floors, install new first aid room on 2nd floor, install cameras and card readers in all stairwells throughout building, upgrade acoustics on 4th floor, manage installation of furnishings and signage. Only contractors who have been successfully prequalified under PQ2022-22 and PQ2024-11 may bid on this work.The following is a list of prequalified General Contractors who have been approved to bid on this Contract: Harbridge & Cross Limited,  Collaborative Structure,  Melloul Blamey Co,  Nith Valley Construction,  RENOKREW,  Niacon Ltd, Dakon Construction,  Paulsan Construction,  K&L Construction, Gen Pro1320376O Only Mechanical Contractors who have been successfully prequalified under PQ2024-11 may bid on the mechanical plumbing scope:  Nelco Mechanical  Conestogo Mechanical  Sutherland Schultz Ltd. Glenn Richardson Plumbing & Heating Ltd.  Modern Niagara South   Brenner Mechanical
