Description
CoA is seeking project management services in the form of independent suitably qualified individuals from one organisation, to act as Project Management Client Representative for the Hindley Street Revitalisation project to manage the design currently being undertaken by Swanbury Penglase and WGA, stakeholder engagement through URPS, cost estimating services through Chris Sale Consulting.
These Project Management Services will be expected to enhance the positive reputation of the Infrastructure Portfolio to both our internal and external customers by building good relationships; understanding the needs of other business units; and demonstrating how those units can integrate with the Infrastructure Portfolio’s business processes to deliver outcomes for the city.
