Description
PMM is de interdepartementale en interbestuurlijke landelijke hulpstructuur (en escalatieroute) voor professionals in het sociaal domein die vastlopen in complexe multiprobleemcases van burgers, en voor het structureel lessen trekken uit deze casuïstiek. PMM heeft hiertoe sinds de oprichting in 2019 verschillende instrumenten ontwikkeld. Iedere professional van een gemeente of uitvoeringsorganisatie met een knellende casus kan gebruik maken van deze PMM-instrumenten, zoals het Landelijk Maatwerkregister, het Landelijk Maatwerkloket Multiproblematiek, het Landelijk Escalatie Team, de Masterclass Maatwerk in Regelgeving en de Tafel Casuïstiek. Ook voorziet PMM in Systeemleren, door lessen te trekken uit de behandelde casuïstiek over de werking van regelgeving, organisaties en systemen.
