The Directorate of Digitalisation (Digdir) would like to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System to cover the directorate's need for consultancy services within information architecture. Consultancy services will be required for, amongst other things, administration of the Altinn system. Digdir invites interested tenderers to apply for inclusion in the purchasing system. Inclusion in the purchasing system does not involve a procurement obligation for Dirdir, nor a delivery obligation for the suppliers. A contract will not be signed before a contest has been held under the system.The first qualification round will last for 30 days. The Directorate of Digitalisation cannot, therefore, start to hold contests under the system for 30 days and we have assessed all the applications for inclusion that were received before the deadline.Estimated valueBetween NOK 4 million-NOK 6 million excluding VAT over 4 years. The value is subject to change as Digdir is a newly established directorate. The estimated value is based on figures obtained from the previous 'Difi' and 'Altinn'.
