The modules to be implemented in the SAP/HANA version are:MM module:- vendor info record,- purchase requisition,- contracts,- purchase order and its release,- release strategy contract,- release strategy PO,- PO printout,- standards reports,- goods receipt,- warehouses movements,- service entry sheet,- standards reports,- opening Periods MM,- service purchase,- project purchase,- stock purchase,- internal order purchase,- assets purchase,- center cost purchase.SD Module:- contracts,- standard order,- SAL invoice order,- standard reports.PS Module:- job order creation,- job order planning,- job order balance,- job order monitoring,- standard reports.FI/CO module:- Accounts Receivable,- accounts payable,- asset management,- periodic accounting operations,- cost accounting for cost center,- cost accounting for domestic orders,- accounting profit center.PP scope (only for Sitalfa):- bill of materials,- work center/ routing,- material good entry/ good consumption.The supplier is required:- analysis of the organization and processes of SITAF group companies,- drafting of blue print business documents (process description document, master data document, organizational structure document, system application map, high functional specification, change request list),- definition of a key user and end user training plan,- drafting of "SAP SITAF group" user manuals and delivery of classroom training,- support users in the drafting of user acceptance test and end-to-end integration test documents,- support users in the execution of integration tests and user acceptance tests,- support for the preparation of data migration files,- execution of data migration and in particular master data relating to companies, employees, offices, drivers, vehicles, suppliers, customers, assets, cost centers, branches, sectors, materials, services, merchandise groups and accounts,- support the post go live on-site,- assist the SITAF group in acquiring in the shortest possible time the skills to manage the SAP system and users with internal resources within the group in order to reduce the cost of maintenance of the new system,- guarantee, at the request of the customer, maintenance assistance and support.The supply of the SAP solution must also include the hardware and software infrastructure suitably sized to guarantee the full and correct functionality of the proposed solution and with the certification of full compatibility of the SAP manufacturer itself; this infrastructure must also take into account that:- will be installed in SITAF data centers (currently in Susa and Bardonecchia),- be structured with redundant elements in a sufficient way to ensure that, in case of a crash of one of its elements, the usability of the SAP system by users can continue without operational degradation of all its features (except those not essential to the normal operation of users, for example: the features dedicated to development or testing),- be upgradable over time in terms of computing capacity, transaction volume, storage, performance, etc..,- to provide that, in case the proposed infrastructure has been organized to operate only in one of the SITAF data centers, the same infrastructure will have to be already designed and structured for a possible subsequent evolution that will allow to transfer the operation to the other data center in case of disaster of the first one,- to provide that, in case the proposed infrastructure uses virtual machines, the virtual machines and virtualization technology will have to be of VMware.The infrastructure will have to be installed also in favour of the companies of the SITAF group.Successive maintenance and support activities of the companies of the SITAF group for 2 years.
