Description

The subject matter of the contract is the expansion and maintenance of the existing system for detection and response to threats, providing protection for workstations and servers against FireEye attacks. The Ordering Party operates the System for Detection and Response to Threats, providing protection for workstations and servers against FireEye attacks. The Ordering Activity has appropriate subscription rights to the System, including the individual components of that System, i.e. HX, CM, licenses, and Agent software. The current Instance of the System owned by the Ordering Party has adequate performance and capacity to support the collection of data on detected threats for at least 60 thousand workstations and servers.
The subject of the contract is to extend and maintain the existing system for detection and response to threats, providing protection for workstations and servers against FireEye attacks. The Ordering Party operates the System for Detection and Response to Threats, providing protection for workstations and servers against FireEye attacks. The Ordering Activity has appropriate subscription rights to the System, including the individual components of that System, i.e. HX, CM, licenses, and Agent software. The current Instance of the System owned by the Ordering Party has adequate capacity and capability to support data collection on detected threats for at least 60 thousand workstations and servers. The subject matter of the contract includes, but is not limited to.: a) delivery and implementation by the Contractor (in the basic order) of 18,000 licenses for Agents of the System owned by the Ordering Party - within no longer than 15 calendar days from the date of signing the agreement; b) development of the System owned by the Ordering Party, through supply and implementation of the Sandbox environment by the Contractor, together with granting 24 months warranty for the supplied Hardware - within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the agreement; c) ensuring continuous access to the Instance of the System owned by the Ordering Party, together with warranty services in the period up to 24 January 2024 - d) rendering expert support in the maximum amount of 1000 man-hours (man-hour - calculation unit equal to one hour worked by one person, term used interchangeably with person-hour), according to the Ordering Party's needs, from the day of signing the agreement until 24 January 2024.
