Poland - System maintenance and support services

Description

The subject of the contract is: "Modernisation and technical assistance and support of the Integrated Education Management System in Cracow". A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in the model agreement with annexes, constituting Annex 3 to the specification. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 67 par. 1 item 6 of the Act of 29 January 2004. - Public Procurement Law (consolidated text in Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1843), hereinafter referred to as the "Act", in the amount not exceeding PLN 4 400 000 gross (i.e. PLN 3 577 235.77 net). These orders will consist in the repetition of services - in relation to those described in this procedure in the model contract and its annexes - in the scope of providing technical assistance and support services for the Integrated Educational Management System in Cracow or its modernization, including extension. The conditions under which the above mentioned contracts will be awarded shall correspond to the conditions specified in this procedure in the model contract and its annexes. The value of the contract specified in section II.1.5 and II.2.6 takes into account the value of the above mentioned contracts referred to in art. 67 item 1 point 6 of the Act.
