Description

The services provided concern the TMA of the application resulting from the technical grouping of old applications (hereinafter referred to as sub-applications), functionally independent, under Cobol GCOS technology within a single application named NL1.These sub-applications can be grouped into 4 areas:1) Scoring & Ferré premiums (AF, AG, AM, AM, AE, AJ, AZ);2) TEMPO2 analytical scoring (DO);3) residual pay: loans (KF), authorizations (LA), integral map (LT), SERFRH interface (KR), general agent file (LC), pay table (LL) and pension addresses (KW);4) transverse: GALA (NL), predicted (PR).These old applications, aged 30 to 40 years, little or no documentation, formerly autonomous, and developed under GCOS environment (GCOS 8, Cobol 74 & 85, IDS2 and TP8 from BULL) have been migrated "automatically" and without rewriting, in a single application to Linux/Oracle and Cobol Microfocus.In order to minimize the impact on the existing code, the R4G product of GFI/Metaware (R4G TP/R4G Runtime BATCH/R4G WEB modules) has been installed. This product allows to interface between the old BULL mainframe applications to the Lunix/Oracle technologies at a lower cost. the technologies mainly used are: - Cobol Microfocus,- Linux,- Oracle,- Eclipse development environment,- SVN,- R4G product of the company GFI/Metaware. knowledge in IDS2 is desirable to understand the code in case of analysis of a dysfunction. the framework agreement with purchase orders is a service agreement with minimum and maximum amount.The services included in the scope of the future contract are listed below:- for the minimum amount:-- current operational maintenance, known as Type 1 maintenance for 24 months,- for the maximum amount:-- the benefits of the minimum amount,-- initialization of the operational maintenance of the application,-- current operational maintenance, called Type 1 maintenance for a period of 1 to 36 additional months for the sub-applications of the "Pointing and Rail Premium" domain,-- current operational maintenance, called Type 1 maintenance for a period of 1 to 36 additional months for the sub-application of the "Analytical Pointing" domain,-- current operational maintenance, known as Type 1 maintenance for a period of 1 to 36 additional months for sub-applications in the "Residual Pay" domain,-- current operational maintenance, known as Type 1 maintenance for a period of 1 to 36 additional months for sub-applications in the "Transverse" domain,-- adaptive, scalable operational maintenance and related developments, known as Type 2 maintenance for a maximum volume of 2 220 days.-- Under this contract, the candidate has the possibility of working in co-contracting or subcontracting with a company in the protected and adapted work sector (EA or ESAT); the candidate's attention is drawn to the fact that the judgment of their bid will also concern this type of partnership.
