Description

The subject of the contract is the service of development and implementation of software for management of scientific and research equipment for the University of Life Sciences in Lublin, abbreviated in the document "University", as well as providing services of installation and making the System available in the Contractor's infrastructure, data migration, warranty, maintenance, consulting and development services for the University of Life Sciences in Lublin.
The subject of the contract is the service of development and implementation of software for management of scientific and research equipment for the University of Life Sciences in Lublin, abbreviated in the document "University", and provision of installation and provision of the System in the infrastructure of the Contractor, data migration, guarantee, maintenance, consulting and development services for the University of Life Sciences in Lublin.The procedure includes:1) System implementation, which includes: a) Pre-implementation Analysis;b) Delivery of licenses;c) Installation and making the System available in the infrastructure of the Contractor;d) Configuration and adaptation of the System to the needs of the Contracting Authority;e) Tests of proper functioning and compliance of the System with the OPZ;f) Delivery of documentation;g) Training for administrators and end users of the System;h) Start data migration;i) System productive start-up.2) Post-implementation Services, to which it belongs:a) provision by the Contractor within 6 months from the productive start-up of the System of making the System available in the SaaS model (Software as a Service) based on the Contractor's infrastructure;b) transfer of the installed System along with the data from the Contractor's infrastructure to the computer hardware indicated by the Contracting Authority after the service provision in the SaaS model has ceased;c) Provision of Guarantee and Maintenance Services for the System within 36 months from the completion of the System Implementation; d) Provision of Consultation and Development Services at the Ordering Party's request in the period of providing Guarantee and Maintenance Services in the amount not exceeding 600 hours - services shall be provided at the Ordering Party's request in the period of providing Guarantee and Maintenance Services in the amount not exceeding 600 hours;2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Attachments 8 and 9 to the ToR "Description of the subject matter of the contract" (also called OPZ) and "Readiness level" and in Attachment 6 to the ToR "Model contract".
