Manufacture, delivery, assembly, commissioning and all construction work for the renewal/expansion of a 110 kV outdoor switchgear as a double busbar with 4x overhead line switch bays, 2x transformer bays, 1x cable switch bay and cross-coupler.
Manufacture, delivery, assembly, commissioning and all construction work for the renewal / extension of a 110 kV outdoor switchgear as double busbar with 4x overhead line switchgear sections, 2x transformer switchgear sections, 1x cable switchgear section and cross-coupling.Construction work / Disassembly / Disposal:The construction work includes disassembly, demolition and disposal of the portals, switchgear/frame, as well as foundations, cable shafts and fence system.3x relay houses, equipment foundations, cable ducts, pull shafts and cable pipe routes as well as driveways and gravel/lawn areas, drainage systems and the fence system including subsoil tests and verification are to be newly constructed. Renewal of transformer foundations/pits in prefabricated construction, primary technology and steel construction: The service includes the supply, installation and connection of all 110 kV components and switchgear as well as 110 kV cables and temporary construction cables.- Double busbar;- 4x overhead line field + 1x empty field;- 2x transformer field;- 1x cable field;- 1x cross coupling;- busbar earthing;- 110 kV cables and construction site cables;- 10 kV transformer cables and earth leakage extinguishing coils;- all steel construction for portals, busbars, equipment, cable scaffolding and lightning protection;- 110 kV transformers and earth leakage extinguishing coils are to be moved to new foundations.Secondary technology:I&C control and protection cabinets are all provided.The scope of delivery shall include the delivery, laying and connection of all control and data cables as well as the delivery and installation of the required EB cabinets. The contractor shall assume responsibility for compliance with all conditions, guidelines and official or statutory regulations in their latest valid version, in particular - European standards- DIN / VDE regulations;- industrial safety regulations;- environmental protection regulations.All services are to be based on all documents and explanations in the invitation to tender. Place of delivery: Substation West, city of Bielefeld. Planned date for delivery/commissioning: Execution in several construction phases: Start of construction: 3rd quarter 2021 to commissioning of the last construction phase: 4th quarter 2022.
