Description

You must be able to replace:

- all the floor tiles and waterproofing on the swimming pools deck
- the tiles and waterproofing inside the competition pool
- the existing sand filtration systems and the cylinder
- the pump-set and motor starter

You will need to repoint all of the tiles for at least 2 pools and replace the defective one.

The new tiles must come with a 10-years water-proofing warranty.

You must provide an on-site project manager. They must be technically qualified with at least 5 years of experience in either construction, renovation or addition and alteration works in Singapore.
