Description

Earthworks, structural work, deep foundations (by reinforced piles), steel structure, roofing, waterproofing, facade cladding, exterior joinery-metallurgy including in particular:- the supply and withdrawal of the equipment,- the rental of the equipment,- the sources of energy necessary for the execution of the work of special foundations,- the installation and axonometry of the piles,- the cleaning of the roads in the surroundings, as the work progresses, the installation of the platform delivered gross by the company holding the general earthworks state body. Supply and installation of wooden interior joinery and cloakroom equipment. The contractor of this lot will carry out the installation and tracing of the partitions. The layout and planimetry tolerances will be those mentioned in the DTU.In particular, the contractor shall:- carry out a careful examination of the supports before the start of its work and inform the designer of any supports that it considers not to be fully guaranteed as to the proper performance of its own structures, - the installation of inspection hatches, in the elements of partitions or linings, and the reservations of air intakes, including sealing of corrugated ducts and VMC adjustment vents,- all primary frames for the suspension of its plasterboard ceilings,- all primary and secondary frames and reinforcements for the fixing of equipment (washbasins, WCs, lifting bars, disabled seats, etc.)) in lining, distribution and technical duct walls,- services also due to airtightness:-- sealing of external joinery/structures connections with adhesive tapes adapted (traditional tape is prohibited) to the construction system,-- sealing the bottom of the rabbetings of the external joinery, peripheral caulking of the lining walls, incorporation of waterproof electrical boxes. The connections of the frames must be particularly careful. The work to be carried out by this batch concerns all tiling and earthenware work. They include in particular:- the reception of the support, - all the finishing accessories and singular points, - the protection of their works during the works (including the removal of the said protections at the end of the worksite), - the regular cleaning and at the end of the intervention - the fixing of their works, - the realization of a layout plan to be validated by the project manager,- the layout at the choice of the project manager,- the evacuation of the gravel,- the concrete studs in way of the pipes (slab crossings),- during the construction period the siphons and gutters will be sealed by all appropriate means to avoid damage due to falling rubble and blocked pipes, etc.. Supply and installation of the necessary water treatment facilities for basins, foot bath, buffer tank and other equipment. Supply and installation of heating, ventilation and sanitary plumbing equipment. Supply and installation of electrical installations. The work to be carried out by this lot concerns all the work necessary to carry out the internal basins of the main building, including: - the reception of the support, - all finishing accessories and singular points (stairs, chutes, nozzles, grids, hydrommassage benches, starting points, etc.) in the right-of-way of the basins, - supply and discharge of up to 1 ml from the basins with pending flange, positioning according to the connection plans of the River BET, - the supply of all the fixing elements that would be incorporated in the structural structure.The contractor holding the present lot will be jointly and severally liable with the shell company for all the holds, reservations and miscellaneous seals incorporated into the shell, - the supply to lot GO of anchor staples to be sealed in the foundations (the control and liability of the remaining installations for which the present lot is responsible),- the supply of scaffolding, cranes and machinery possibly necessary for the assembly, installation and removal of these scaffolding,- the protection of the surrounding structures carried out,- regular cleaning and at the end of the intervention,- the removal of gravel,- etc. The work includes the delivery and assembly of the sauna/hammam and all the accessories necessary for its use, which will be perfectly adapted to the project and the company will have become familiar with the premises and all the related constraints; delivery, assembly, maintenance, etc. The following are also included: - reception of the supports, - adjustments, and functional tests, - staff training (1 session), - protection of existing or completed structures, - removal of all waste, packaging, labels, gravel generated by the company. Supply and installation of water slides. The work to be carried out mainly includes (non-exhaustive list):- earthworks for external installations (roads, parking lots, square, mineral beach),- the construction of networks and sewerage works (EU, EP, connection to existing facilities),- the construction of civil engineering for various networks (AEP, gas, high voltage, low voltage),- surface paving (asphalt roadway), deactivated concrete, sandblasted concrete, grassed cellular slabs),- the supply and installation of curbs and gutters,- the supply and installation of street furniture,- the construction of vertical and horizontal signage,- the construction of fences and gates,- the construction of green spaces and plantations (finishing work...).
