Description

DFØ [the Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management] will enter into a framework agreement with three tenderers for the procurement of different types of surveys. We want to gain knowledge of different groups' experiences and assessments, including Norway's citizens, public employees and employers. We will therefore evenly implement large surveys i.a. representative selection of these groups. We need assistance in the implementations.

We want to gain knowledge of different groups' experiences and assessments, including Norway's citizens, public employees and employers. We will therefore evenly implement large surveys i.a. representative selection of these groups. We need assistance in the implementations.The framework agreement shall include:• implementation of quantitative group-based surveys that can be electronic and/or postal surveys, telephone interviews;• implementation of qualitative user surveys that can be personal interviews and focus groups;• professional assistance related to this.
