The subject matter of the contract is the supply of surgical and medical instrumentsThe subject matter of the contract consists of 19 parts.2. Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract specifying the requirements of the Employer, quantities, are contained in the attachment to the SWZ - Assortment and Price Form, which the Contractor attaches to the offer. The Contractor, by filling in the indicated items in this appendix, confirms compliance with the requirements specified by the Purchaser. (3) The offered items of the contract must be complete, of high standard both in terms of quality and functionality, as well as free from defects in material, design and legal. 4.The offered items of the contract must be authorized for marketing and use in accordance with applicable laws. 5. the subject matter of the order must comply with the Law of May 20, 2010 on medical devices.
