Description

The subject matter of the contract is to provide comprehensive audit services for wagons and train sets of "PKP Intercity" S.A, consisting in performing, inter alia, the following activities of a fixed or variable scope: 1) preparing train sets for going out on the road (in particular, checking brake, running, draw and collision systems in wagons, i.e. systems that determine safety),2) receiving train sets arriving at turning stations,3) providing audit services for train sets,4) performing current repairs without shutdown, inspections of wagons between trains,5) other activities necessary for the proper maintenance and operation of passenger wagons.2Execution of works, which above, being the subject of the order, will be carried out on the basis of the Railway Transport Act of 28 March 2003 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 710, as amended), executive regulations issued on its basis and according to regulations and instructions in force in "PKP Intercity" S.A., as well as in accordance with the current train timetable. The detailed list of the aforementioned regulations and instructions is specified in Appendix No. 2 to Appendix No. 3 to the ToR - Model Agreement.3. The Economic Operator shall be obliged to provide the services covered by the contract in accordance with the conditions specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Development of 30 December 2014 on employees employed in positions directly related to the operation and safety of railway traffic and to the operation of certain types of railway vehicles (Journal of Laws of 2015, The Contractor shall be obliged to ensure its own standards, i.e. screws, bolts, nuts, split pins, lubricants, etc., as well as necessary premises together with media, including social media, for its employees. Providing the use of the premises, including for social purposes, together with the media, requires a separate agreement with the owner of the land and premises where the technical inspection station is located. The costs resulting from the use of rooms, utilities and ensuring standards shall be borne by the Contractor.5 The order shall be carried out in accordance with the operational needs of the Ordering Party on the basis of the current timetable while maintaining the safety of work specified in the instructions for the auditor of rolling stock Bw-28. The current current timetable is available at www.intercity.pl, and the current regulations and instructions are available for inspection by the Ordering Party (the Ordering Party in the course of the proceedings at the request of the Contractor will enable him to inspect them).
