Lot 2: training its own operational and/or tactical personnel (operators, network managers) of a local government in accordance with the national multi-domain training. Cluster 1: local government has its own central operation, but is being helped to perform its operating tasks smarter and better.Parcel 3: the (temporary) supply to a local government of personnel trained in accordance with the national multi-domain training to fulfil the role of operator and/or network manager in the decentralized government's control centre. Parcel 4: ensuring that the correct data and information from centrally controlled objects are made available and processed intelligently for multi-domain control. This information is used by the iHMI Business Logic. The decentralized government is completely relieved by the smart and efficient management of one or more domains with the use of different iServices.
