Support for verification rule decks for IHP PDKsIntroduction: IHP leverages state-of-the-art PVS and Calibre DRC (Design Rule Checking) and LVS (Layout vs. Schematic) rule decks to support our advanced 130nm BiCMOS technologies, for both AL-BEOL (Aluminum Back-End of Line) and CU-BEOL (Copper Back-End of Line) processes. These technologies play an important role in numerous IHP projects and are important to our Multi-Project Wafer (MPW) offerings to our research and service partners.Current Status:- The PVS rule decks are consistently maintained and are up to date.- The Calibre rule decks require updates to enhance their functionality and address existing challenges.Scope of Requirement: IHP is seeking qualified suppliers to undertake the maintenance and enhancement of our Calibre rule decks. The scope includes but is not limited to:- Ongoing maintenance of existing Calibre rule decks.- Identification and resolution of any bugs within the rule decks.- Development and integration of new features to support evolving design requirements.Qualifications Request for Potential Suppliers: To ensure the highest standards of support for our verification rule decks, IHP requests potential suppliers to meet the following qualifications:1. Expertise in Verification Tools: Demonstrated experience with both PVS and Calibre DRC/LVS rule decks.2. Technical Proficiency: Proven track record in the maintenance, debugging, and feature enhancement of rule decks. Applicants should provide examples of previous projects of similar scope and complexity.3. Resource Availability: Ability to commit 60 hours per month over an 8-month period to meet IHP's project requirements.4. Collaborative Capability: Experience in working closely with semiconductor project teams to understand and implement specific verification needs.5. Quality Assurance: Established process for ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and completeness of rule decks.Submission of Quotation: Qualified suppliers are invited to submit their proposals, detailing their experience, project approach, and how they meet the above qualifications. A Quotation should include possible timeline and budget per month.
