Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system:              Blue Economy/IFB/2024/784.   3.     Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Wednesday 29th May 2024 up to 11 29hrs (Mauritian Time).   4.     Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Wednesday 29th May 2024 from 14 30hrs (Mauritian Time) till Thursday 30th May 2024 up to 13 30hrs (Mauritian Time).   5.   Bids will be opened onlinein the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on Thursday 30th May 2024 as from 13 31hrs (Mauritian Time).   6.
