Description
Over the past four years, the client has hired an average of approximately 3 million staff per year. This amount does not include 21 % VAT. The size of the invitation to tender does not entitle the successful tenderer to any rights under the contract. The extent of delivery will depend on the individual needs of the school, which will vary from year to year. There is therefore no limit to be set for this framework agreement and, if necessary by operation of law in the light of recent case law, it has been maximised at EUR 6 000 000,- per year excluding VAT.
