Description
The Province of Overijssel shall establish a DAS to meet the need for the temporary hiring of temporary staff from scale 9 (provincial job evaluation) upwards. Both the procedure for registration or admission to the DAS and the tender procedure are carried out electronically via the DAS of the Province of Overijssel, which can be accessed via: https://www.werkenbijoverijssel.nl/inhuur/.
The Province of Overijssel invites interested parties (both companies and ZZP'ers) to register and tender for the various Categories within the DPS. Once you have been admitted to the system, the DPS offers you the opportunity to compete for this contract each time the Province of Overijssel places a contract/quotation request in a Category (provided that you are qualified for this Category). Admission to the DPS (to one or more Categories) does not yet entail an order, nor can you derive any rights to orders from it. The DPS therefore has two aspects: it is both a register of entrepreneurs and a system for tendering for specific contracts of the Province of Overijssel. Both the procedure for admission to the DPS and the Tender procedure for awarding the contracts are performed electronically via the tendering platform (Poolz) that can be accessed via: www.werkenbijoverijssel.nl (then select: temporary hiring).
