NOTICE OF PUBLIC TENDER NO. TPU-130423-B
SUPPLY OF SAND, RAW GRAVEL AND SCREENED GRAVEL 2023

The City of Rouyn-Noranda is requesting bids for the awarding of contracts for the supply of sand, rough gravel and screened gravel. The services expected as well as the various administrative procedures in place to obtain a contract are more fully described in the tender documents.
Interested bidders may obtain the tender documents as of March 8, 2023 by contacting the Electronic Tendering Service (ETS) by telephone at 866 669-7326 or 514 856-6600, or by visiting www.seao.ca and quoting notice number TPU-130423-B. The documents can be obtained at a cost determined by the OAIS.
Regardless of the method of shipment that the bidder chooses to adopt, all bids must, in order to be validly received, be delivered in a sealed envelope marked "TPU-130423-B - Bid for the supply of sand, rough gravel and screened gravel 2023" and be physically located, no later than 11:00 a.m. on April 13, 2023, at the office of the Procurement Department of the City of Rouyn-Noranda located at the following address

Bids received within the standards will be publicly opened by the person authorized to do so, in the company of two witnesses, at the office of the Service des acquisitions of the City of Rouyn-Noranda on April 13, 2023 at 11:10 a.m. Please note that the directives adopted by the Government of Quebec to counter the spread of the Coronavirus must be respected in order to attend the bid opening.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a certified cheque in the amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000).

The City of Rouyn-Noranda will not accept the lowest or any of the bids submitted and reserves the right to cancel the tender. Bidders are not entitled to any compensation for costs incurred in obtaining the tender documents and in preparing and submitting their bids.
