France - Supply of radiation protection instruments

Description

Supply of radiation protection instruments and associated services: The CEA is organizing an open tender procedure with a view to awarding framework agreements for :
1/ the supply of radiation protection instruments, accessories, consumables, spare parts and associated services.
The Services are divided into 7 instrument category lots as follows:
- lot 1: Survey meters
- lot 2: Stand-alone contaminameters or contaminameters with probes > 150 cm².
- lot 3: Contaminameters with probes < 150cm².
- lot 4: Mobile atmospheric sampling devices
- lot 5: Mobile hand/feet testers (< 50kg)
- lot 6: Fixed hand/feet samplers (> 50kg)
- lot 7: Tritium or Carbon 14 traps - Tritium detectors
2/ Setting up and running a CEA electronic catalog called "PACHA" for each lot.
The framework agreements, which are the subject of this invitation to tender, are multi-awarded to a maximum of 2 (two) or 3 (three) contractors, depending on the lot, and will be executed as and when purchase orders are issued in dematerialized format. The provisional start date of the framework agreements is January 02, 2025, for a firm 4-year period.
