CALL FOR TENDERS 2024-32

SUPPLY OF MULTI-SERVICE KIOSKS AND MECHANICAL BARRIERS FOR LOWERING BOATS AND CONTROL SOFTWARE

The Town of Lac-Mégantic, acting for and on behalf of a consortium made up of the municipalities of Frontenac, Marston-Canton, Piopolis and Lac-Mégantic, is requesting bids for the supply of multiservice terminals, control boxes and control software for automated boat washing, either by acquisition, lease or lease with option to purchase.

Only bids from suppliers having their principal place of business in Quebec or, where an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by that agreement, and holding the permits and licenses required under the applicable government jurisdictions, will be considered for the contract.

The documents required to prepare and submit bids are available on the SEAO website (www.seao.ca).

Sealed bids marked "Appel d'offres 2024-32 - Fourniture de bornes multiservices, boîtiers de commande et logiciel de contrôle pour le lavage automatisé des embarcations" must be received at the Town Hall of the Town of Lac-Mégantic, to the attention of Ms. Nancy Roy, Town Clerk, 5527, rue Frontenac, Suite 200, Lac-Mégantic, G6B 1H6, before 10 a.m. on Thursday, November 7, 2024.

Bids will be publicly opened at the same location, immediately following the bid closing time. Bids received by fax will not be accepted.

This call for tenders is subject to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (TCAQO) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

The Town of Lac-Mégantic, for and on behalf of the consortium, reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any of the bids, and incurs no liability with respect to the bidder(s).
