Canada - Supply of granular materials

Description

The municipality of Saint-Ludger, located in the MRC du Granit, is requesting bids for the supply of MG20B granular materials for the 2024 summer season. The bidder must submit a price per metric ton including delivery of materials and a price per metric ton excluding delivery of materials. The price used to determine the lowest compliant bidder will be the sum of the two multiplication results, namely:
- Estimated quantities delivered X price delivered = Total A
- Estimated quantities not delivered X price not delivered = Total B
- Grand total (acceptance price) = Total A + Total B
Tender documents describing the exact nature of the work to be carried out may be obtained by contacting the Electronic Tendering Service (SEAO), by calling one of our representatives at 1 866 669-7326 or 514 856-6600, or by visiting our website at www.seao.ca. Documents may be obtained at a cost established by SEAO.
To be valid, all bids must include a delivered price and an undelivered price, must be accompanied by all documents required in the tender documents, must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Fourniture de matériaux granulaires 2024 - Municipalité de Saint-Ludger", to the attention of the undersigned, and must be received by the Municipality at its civic address: 181, rue Principale, Saint-Ludger, Québec, G0M 1W0, before 11 a.m., local time, on April 18, 2024. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that his bid has, in fact, been received at the municipal office prior to the bid opening. Depositing the bid at a post office or depositing it in the Municipality's mail chute before the bid opening time is not sufficient to ensure that the bid is received on time.
Tenders will be opened at the above address, on the same day, beginning at 11 a.m., local time.
The Municipality of Saint-Ludger does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received, and reserves the right to reject any and all bids without incurring any liability for damages that may result from this request for bids.
