Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: FAREI/IFB/2024/580    3. Bidders or their designated representatives are invited to attend a pre-bid meeting on 02 May 2024            at Richelieu Crop Research Station at 10 a.m 4.     Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by 22 May 2024 up to 10.00 a.m   5.     Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from 22 May 2024 from 11.01 a.m till 24 May 2024 up to 10.00 a.m.   6.   Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on 24 May 2024 at 10.01 a.m to noon.   FAREI Head Office Reduit     6.
