The Municipality of Saint-Marcellin invites offers of services for the supply of a used articulated motor grader, from 2012 to 2017, from Volvo G946B, John Deere 770 G, 870 G, Caterpillar 143 H, with less than 6000 hours of use.

It is the responsibility of the bidder presenting a product other than the one requested to prepare an exhaustive comparative sheet that allows the Municipality to judge the proposed equivalent. In the event of indeterminacy, the equivalent will be refused.

Bids must be prepared on the forms provided for this purpose, included in this document, and returned in a sealed envelope marked "Used Motor Grader Bid". Bids will be received until 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 11, 2019. Any other form used will be rejected. Submissions will be mailed to the following address:

Only bids submitted on bid documents prepared by the Municipality will be accepted. The documents are available on SEAO at www.seao.ca.

The Municipality of Saint-Marcellin does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the offers received and this without incurring any obligation whatsoever towards the bidder or bidders.
