The City Council of Port Louis is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius through the Government eProcurement System for the Supply & Laying of screed on roof slab and waterproofing works at Central Market (Grand Mark) Port Louis: (MCCPL/IFB/2024/304)   2.  Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org   3.  Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Tuesday 16 April 2024 up to 11.00 hours (Local Time).   4.  Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Tuesday 16 April 2024 as from 16.01 hrs till Thursday 18 April 2024 up to 10.00 hrs.   5.  Bids will be opened online on Thursday 18 April 2024 as from 10.01 hours up to 16.00 hours (Local Time).                                                6. The City Council of Port Louis reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject      all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any  liability to any Bidder.   V.
