No: EPROC/MBBRH/ONB27/2023-2024   1.   The Municipal Council of Beau Bassin Rose Hill is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritiusthrough the Government eProcurement System for the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of IT Equipment.   2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system:  BBRH/IFB/2024/441   3.     Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by 28th February 2024 up to 12 59hr (Local Time).   4.     Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from 28th February 2024from 16 01hr (Local Time)till 29th February 2024 up to 12 59hr (Local Time).   5.   Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on29th February 2024 as from 13 00hr (Local Time)upto 16 00hr (Local Time)   The Council Room Municipal Council of Beau Bassin Rose Hill Town Hall Rose Hill   6.
