Supply, delivery and installation of an electric overhead crane with self-supporting structure with a minimum capacity of 6 metric tons

The Régie régionale de gestion des matières résiduelles de Portneuf is requesting bids for the supply and installation of an overhead crane with self-supporting structure for its mechanical garage located at 1318 chemin du site in Neuville, Quebec.

The specifications, which include the bid form, will be available on the government-approved electronic tendering system (SÉAO) as of June 13, 2024.

To be considered, all bids must be submitted to the office of the General Manager of the Régie régionale de gestion des matières résiduelles de Portneuf at 1300, chemin du site, Neuville (Québec) G0A 2R0 no later than Tuesday, July 4, 2024 at 10 a.m. Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline in the presence of interested bidders. The sealed envelope must be marked "TENDER FOR SELF-SERVICE RIDING DECK" and must be accompanied by a certified cheque or bond representing 10% of the total tender amount.

This call for tenders is subject to the Quebec-Ontario Trade and Cooperation Agreement (QOTCA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

The Régie régionale de gestion des matières résiduelles de Portneuf does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received and assumes no obligation whatsoever towards the bidder(s).
