Canada - Supply, deliver and install furniture for the security operations center (cos) at the main library

Description

The furniture in the Security Operations Center (COS) located in the Grande Bibliothèque (GB) on level 4 is at the end of its useful life and BAnQ wishes to replace it. The purpose of this call for tenders is to acquire, deliver and install the various furniture components listed in the Price Schedule (Appendix 2.00), including furniture component numbers and specifications. Layout drawings are also appended to this document.
Specifications are those of the manufacturer "WINSTED/SIGHTLINE".
BAnQ will accept a model equivalent to the one specified. An equivalent model is accepted if it (1) meets the technical specifications of the desired product and (2) is deemed compliant by BAnQ.
BAnQ professionals will evaluate and validate an equivalent model's compliance with technical specifications. The decision to select an equivalent product rests entirely with BAnQ.
A bidder interested in submitting an equivalent model must provide the numbers of the equivalent components submitted and relevant documentation via a hyperlink. A space is provided for this purpose in the Price Schedule (Appendix 2.00).
Interested bidders must complete the Price Schedule (Appendix 2.00) in its entirety, which will be used to determine the lowest bidder meeting the eligibility and compliance requirements. For an equivalent solution, the Price Schedule (Appendix 2.00) must be adjusted accordingly. A percentage discount on the list price of each component is requested.
Each interested bidder must also provide with his bid a manufacturer's certificate of accreditation attesting that the supplier is authorized to sell, install and repair the components submitted.
