Supply and installation of integrated furniture





The Office municipal d'habitation de Trois-Rivières, also known as the "maître d'ouvrage" or "OMHTR", invites tenders for the Supply and installation of integrated furniture to be carried out in the buildings of the Office municipal or those it manages, in the municipalities of Trois-Rivières, St-Boniface and St-Étienne-des-Grès. All under a contract for three (3) years, with the possibility of an extension for an additional two (2) years. The renewal of the contract is on an annual basis, on the anniversary date of the signing of the contract, and is not automatic. A written confirmation of the agreement of the successful tenderer and the person in charge of the organisation confirms the renewal of the contract
CONDITION: Only contractors who have an establishment in Quebec or, where an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by that agreement and who hold the required licence under the Building Act (R.S.Q., c. B-1.1) are authorized to bid.

SUBMISSION GUARANTEE: Amount of the bid is three thousand five hundred dollars ($3,500.00), in the form of a certified cheque, money order or bank draft payable to the applicant for the work.

CLOSING OF THE SUBMISSION PERIOD: Bids must be submitted no later than 10:30 a.m. local time on June 25, 2019 at the location where the public bid opening meeting will be held, i.e. at the office of the Office municipal d'habitation de Trois-Rivières at 660 Hertel Street, Trois-Rivières, QC G9A 1G8.
The Office municipal d'habitation de Trois-Rivières is not required to accept either the lowest or any of the bids received.
