Brief description
The Berufsförderungswerk der Bauindustrie NRW gGmbH carries out the renovation and
Extension of the kitchen of the training centre at Brombergstraße 4-6 in
Hamm current through.
Part of this restricted invitation to tender is the supply and installation of cold storage and deep-freeze rooms for the modernisation of the kitchen in the Hamm training centre.
It is planned to build a 1-storey extension with partial basement on
the existing kitchen to be restructured.
The existing kitchen is located on the ground floor and basement of the southern
Building part of the training centre.
The new extension is a solid structure of reinforced concrete and masonry with a clinker brick
Facade planned. The new flat roof also consists of reinforced concrete and receives
a bituminous cover.
Execution time according to the current construction schedule for the cold stores April 2020

The external dimensions of the cold storage and deep-freeze rooms are 6,000 mm wide, 3,600 mm long and 2,480 mm high
