The present consultation is launched in accordance with the open invitation to tender procedure defined in articles R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code (Code de la Commande Publique).The services will be provided under a framework agreement executed by the issue of purchase orders with no minimum and no maximum, as defined in articles R2162-2, R2162-4 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code (Code de la Commande Publique).Maximum amount per period: 130,000 euro(s) excluding VAT.
